Automatic Single Case Packing Machine

This is a monoblock automatic boxing system. It takes up little space and is installed at the end of a mass production line. It opens the box, grips the product with a gripper attached to a Cartesian robot, and places it into the box. The top of the full box, with its top lid open, is also closed and taped, and delivered to the line via the output conveyor. The system operates synchronously. As the box is opened, the product is filled and the top lid of the previous box is closed simultaneously.

The product is picked up using a gripper connected to a Cartesian robot system and precisely placed inside the case. Then, the top flaps of the case are automatically closed and taped before being transferred back to the line via the exit conveyor.
