Automatic Case Packer- Single

It is an automatic case-packing system in a monoblock structure. The system occupies minimal space and is installed at the end of the mass-production line. It erects the case, grips the product with a gripper attached to a Cartesian robot, and places it into the case. The flaps of the filled case are then closed and taped, and the case is transferred to the line via the discharge conveyor. The system operates synchronously: while a new case is being erected, the product is being loaded, and at the same time the top flaps of the previous case are being closed.

What Is a Monoblock Automatic Case Packing System?

The product is picked up using a gripper connected to a Cartesian robot system and precisely placed inside the case. Then, the top flaps of the case are automatically closed and taped before being transferred back to the line via the exit conveyor.
