It is an automatic case-packing system in a monoblock structure. The system occupies minimal space and is installed at the end of the mass-production line. It erects the case, grips the product with a gripper attached to a Cartesian robot, and places it into the case. The flaps of the filled case are then closed and taped, and the case is transferred to the line via the discharge conveyor. The system operates synchronously: while a new case is being erected, the product is being loaded, and at the same time the top flaps of the previous case are being closed.

How Does the Monoblock Multi-Case Filling System Work?

The system is integrated at the end of the production line. First, the cases are opened and accumulated in an open-top form. Then, thanks to the cartesian robot-mounted gripper, products are placed into multiple cases simultaneously. After filling, the top flaps of the cases are closed, taped, and transferred back to the production line via the exit conveyor. All these operations proceed in a synchronized and digitally controlled manner.
